Tuesday, October 31, 2006 Happy Halloween! Today we went to Super WalMart...China style. It really is amazing! There were all kinds of things for sale and the food selection was quite interesting. After WalMart we came back to the hotel and had lunch. We rested and Gracie played a while. Later our guide, Cindy, took us to a local market. The kind of market people shop every day for fresh meat and produce. WalMart was tame compared to that. Our group went out for dinner and had a blast. The food has been amazing. Now to the really important stuff. Gracie is a real joy. She is more open with us every day. She has a great smile and an even better laugh. She has 5 teeth and is working on another. She hasn't been sick. So far, we haven't even needed any cold medicine or even anything for teething pain. She eats and sleeps great. We were given everything we sent for Gracie in the care package back on Gotcha Day. We got the Red book of questions and our guide translated the answers. They have given us lots of information about Gracie. We even have the name of the person who found her. This is amazing. Love from China!
